Lucky Number 7

Today, my beautiful baby is seven months old.  Over the past month, she has:

• Learned to sit up on her own
• Started sleeping in longer stretches (often- shockingly- all the way through the night) 
• Begun eating solid foods, rather than just rubbing them all over her belly and into her hair. Although, I suppose she still does that too.

 These have been far and away the best seven months of my life.  Being a mom is a million times better than I ever anticipated.  I love you, sweet Scarlett.
