This weekend, Scarlett went to her friend Eli's cowboy-themed first birthday party.

Scarlett spent a lot of time chewing on cardboard and sliding around on the grass. She is almost crawling- but it's this cute combination of pushing herself up onto all fours, then falling forward, then repeating.

Cowboys wearing plaid. Next year at this time, they won't be calmly standing, drinking their beers. Charlie will be chasing Scarlett around and Eddie will be holding his tiny baby. But don't worry guys, cowboys make great dads.

That looks like fun...I mean, I'm sure Scarlett enjoyed her cardboard and all, but it seems like the adults are enjoying themselves even more than the kids!
