On Saturday, we planned on going to the pumpkin patch and the corn maze with Lucy, her parents and both sets of her grandparents. But the world had other plans- the line of cars to get onto Sauvie Island was so long that we scrapped the plan and went to an apple tasting instead.
And the next day, Scarlett tried applesauce for the first time. She loved it. We've been trying to teach her to use sign language to say 'more', but instead of the sign we use, she just pounds her hand on the tray to signal that she wants more. She ate a whole bowl of applesauce and pounded her hand on the tray for more.
